hello, okay basically this is MY first time writing my review on ROMWE and this breaks my heart because I used to love this app but I realize something bad and honestly I don’t wanna sound coming off rude probably am but, I’m a little annoyed by what’s going on. so few months ago I made an order on this app everything was going perfectly fine until out of nowhere it gave me a refund okay great & today I was making sure everything was okay not the same thing was going to happen like last time :/ and it happened again! okay, but that’s not fair that I ordered the things first before people i feel like that’s making me greedy?? perhaps.. but literally i don’t know if you can agree with me on this, but honestly I don’t think I’m ever going to be buying from ROMWE anymore because of this going on and probably they didn’t even send my money back. this truly breaks my heart like I said before but I just wanted to write a little review of my experience because I don’t want the same thing happening to you guys if your going to be making any purchases. yes, people do have very good luck but most of us here in the reviews we do not and that’s why we make reviews to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen to you guys but anyways, if you are going to be making any purchases from ROMWE be careful and be safe with that ❤︎.

I've ordered from here a couple times and there weren't many issues. The clothes are wrinkly and smells bad but it's not that big of a deal, I wash them as soon as I get them. However, I wouldn't believe everything the app says because I purchases items that were said to be in stock yet after purchasing all my items, I waited for at least a week before contacting customer service. It said that my order was still processing and I didn't mind that much because the app said it takes 4-6 days to process and it had exceeded that time frame so I was curious as to why my order wasn't beyond processing. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that one item on my order wasn't in stock and I was really confused but customer service apologized and assured me that as soon as there was restock I would be given the item I ordered. The next day I checked and I saw that there were "refunds in process" for many items I ordered so I contacted them again to find answers and was then told that I was getting a refund but not the items, as I was previously told I would be receiving. This is honestly upsetting for an app that I like and use. I wouldn't recommend this at all to anyone. You're better off using Forever 21 or another store app, it's pricier but it's legit.

ROMWE I have been using your app for a little over a year now. I like to write reviews in order to help others in making decisions with their purchases. However, there’s always an issue when I want to write a review for my purchased items. I can NEVER upload photos that are from my camera roll onto a review because a message pops up saying “the size of the loaded image is too small”. This message pops up EVERY TIME I try to upload any photo I have already taken from my camera roll. Now if I choose the option to “take photo” for my review, only then do my photos attach to my review. There is also the issue of when I sometimes attach a photo to the review and when I go back to check the reviews for that item, I see my review and name BUT I don’t see the photo i posted along with my review! I don’t know if this is an issue with the system or if it’s your company not trying to allow others to see how certain items really look when they are received. I love the ROMWE app trust me I have purchased A LOT of things from here, but reviews for me (and I’m sure lots of others) is how I decide in buying items, so please make sure photos go up with the reviews that are left by your users.
