Yo realize una compra mi order es 40378292 el 20 de mayo del 2023 ya han pasado 90 días y no me envían mis 3 artículos ni me reembolsan mis 129,36 dólares, me dijeron que en 15 días laborables me entregaban y nada quiero una solución

Order # 40354126 placed with Tikmons on January 6, 2023. After waiting for almost 90 days, I received notification the order was being shipped and received this tracking number 9361 2896 7701 9362 549962. This tracking number indicates the package was delivered to Ft. Lauderdale Floridia. The problem is that my shipping address is Los Angeles California. I have emailed and left voice messages many times but never received any reply. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and started a case with my credit card company. Wanelo is not taking responsibility to give me a refund on this order. It was not my problem that the company Tikmons delivered my item to the wrong address. I doubt that the person in Florida will take the time to return the nice purse they received to the post office so the post office can send it back to Tikmons. So I end up the victim. I would never tell anyone to order from the Wanelo site.

Having trouble contacting someone about a purchase I made June 12 when I check my tracking it says it’s still processing cannot contact anyone or anyone no one will answer the phone I would like a refund please someone help please this is taking too long And I’m not getting any response from anyone please help me send me back my money

Never Received My Order

I really wish I could give Wanelo 0 stars they’re getting only 1 Star because if not I would not be able to tell you how I give this website a unsatisfactory. I purchased my item on December 29, 2019. The seller (best seller)of course took my money I got a notification email stating my item shipped on January 7, 2020 and that my estimated delivery date is January 15-22, 2020. When I would check the update and status of my purchase it would not update. It would stay saying your item ship on January 7, 2020. I emailed Wanelo a representative (Justin) got back to me two days later stating that I was correct he also stated that my item shipped and that my item had no updates since January 7, 2020. He said he was going to contact the seller (best seller) to find out what’s going on and that he would get back to me. Almost a week as gone by and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve attempted to email Wanelo several times after that but all I get is that automatic response indicating that someone will get back l to me within 24 to 48 hours. This was my first time ever shopping from Wanelo never again after this experience. So please watch out and be careful when shopping at Wanelo.

Very Disappointed

I used to use this app multiple times a day. I was Creating wish lists and downloading links to things I had bought and wanted to buy.. for me and for gifts. I used it as a dream closet (like Pinterest, but with links so I could go back to my links to purchase).... I haven’t been able to post products in over a year... online or in app, I even created an alternative account to see if it was just mine. It wasn’t. I got in contact with customer service and then technical support. They kept reassuring me that it was being worked on. They always needed just “a few more weeks”... it’s been over a year, and multiple updates later with no solution. I absolutely loved this app and it was my Favorite. I’m so disappointed & probably going to end up deleting this app from my phone all together. All the items are fake and cheap looking. It used to be the best of both worlds, people that wanted to post from really popular stores and links, could post.. and people who wanted to buy from Wanelo Stores could. Now it’s one sided and it will be deleted from my phone. I don’t recommend this app, which is heart breaking for me to say considering how much I loved it.

don’t waste your time or money

i don’t recommend this app at all! i’ve only ordered one thing from here and it said it would be here by 10th-17th of december. i ordered this item as a christmas gift ONE MONTH AGO and here it is december 16th and it still says “preparing to ship” not to mention that on december 10th it still said “processing” and i had to email them about it just to get it to say “preparing to ship” and it still says that. Also the tracking number apparently doesn’t even exist. so i emailed them again TWICE and still no reply. called and when to voicemail. i’m going to be highly upset if i don’t receive my order or get a email back. and if i don’t get my money back for not receiving it since it says “100% money back guarantee” if you don’t receive your order (which i should’ve known was stupid to put on something anyway) that’s basically saying some people don’t even get their order. i’m going to be one upset person. i’ll probably have to call my bank to get the money back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THIS APP. also read the other reviews. it’ll give you more and more reasons to not even bother
