How to fix DAMALS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DAMALS app on iPhone
Update DAMALS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DAMALS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DAMALS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DAMALS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DAMALS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DAMALS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DAMALS App
1. On android, goto Settings » DAMALS » click [Force Stop]

Update DAMALS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DAMALS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DAMALS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DAMALS.

Fix DAMALS unable to contact server/ DAMALS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DAMALS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DAMALS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
