No pude acceder a mi cuenta en un dispositivo nuevo, una tableta, así que cerré la cuenta en otra tableta y mi móvil, pero no me sirvió de nada porque ahora no puedo acceder a la cuenta en ningun dispositivo ni siquiera la otra tableta y mi móvil. Recientemente cambié mi contraseña, pero ni la nueva ni la antigua funciona. El error que veo dice "The email entered does not exist in our database or password you entered is incorrect".

How to fix Tagus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tagus app on iPhone
Update Tagus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tagus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tagus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tagus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tagus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tagus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tagus App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tagus » click [Force Stop]

Update Tagus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tagus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tagus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tagus.

Fix Tagus unable to contact server/ Tagus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tagus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tagus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
