It doesn't give you any idea of how to close the book when you finish reading. Even the help book doesn't give you a clue. For the record, simply touch the near bottom of the page, center, and take it from there. I also loved the fact that it took Docs, PDF's, HMTL, etc.

How to fix eReader app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the eReader app on iPhone
Update eReader app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall eReader iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix eReader on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve eReader network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

eReader Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix eReader not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the eReader App
1. On android, goto Settings » eReader » click [Force Stop]

Update eReader to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear eReader App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » eReader » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart eReader.

Fix eReader unable to contact server/ eReader internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click eReader » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto eReader » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch eReader
