The app won't load on my galaxy s21 and the website won't load. Have quizzes in two days and can't read the book. Ridiculous!

I went through my schools bookstore and rented out the ebook option for two books. When I went to read the textbooks it only give me the title page. I can not get any other pages. nothing is working to allow me to get the pages of the book. I've tried so many options nothings working and I need these textbooks.

I am studying for a Materials Analysis Exam and the Yuzu reader application on my Mac has crashed about 20 times so far. Its very annoying. Is there any way to fix this?

How to fix Yuzu eReader app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yuzu eReader app on iPhone
Update Yuzu eReader app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yuzu eReader iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yuzu eReader on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yuzu eReader network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yuzu eReader Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yuzu eReader not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yuzu eReader App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yuzu eReader » click [Force Stop]

Update Yuzu eReader to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yuzu eReader App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yuzu eReader » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yuzu eReader.

Fix Yuzu eReader unable to contact server/ Yuzu eReader internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yuzu eReader » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yuzu eReader » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yuzu eReader
