All I am getting is a blank screen when I log into my 7Shifts account.
For the past two days everyone on my team has been unable to log into 7shifts are view their schedule. When we attempt a login you get a message "Unable to access your account. Please contact your manager." Manager also unable to log in at this time. Most people are attempting with iphone and or android devices.
Managers that have the 7shifts app on an iphone are not able to see the employees phone numbers under my team. Everything works perfect with the settings I have in place on Android, but not iphone. Is there a setting in the software or on the iphone that I need to set?
I can get in even though I get a weird error msg but all my data is gone...no schedule or timesheet info, etc
