My app is opening and then it closes really fast and won’t open back up.I got 4days scheduled this week and can’t access the app.I tried downloading it again but the problem persist,any help would be appreciated.. thank you

My Shiftsmart app has been not working right for a few days. None of the shifts have been showing and usually there are 4 to 6 shifts available every day. There's no way they're all getting snatched up that quick. My phone has plenty of room still for space and memory. So that's not it. I went into the settings on my profile to double check my availability and for some reason every day was all listed as unavailable. I didn't do that. I had to go back through and save all the days again, like 3 times. Once again I had to do it today.i had a favorability rating of close to 100 %, so that's not it either. I have 4 different phones with this app on them. Its the same on all of them.

Hello I am logged into my shiftsmart app but when it went to the page where it says it’s sending a verification code to my phone number it doesn’t have any other options exemceot to enter the code sent to my phone. The problem is the number on file is not my same number but it does not show any other options for me to change or update it all it says isms for me to enter the code and I can’t get off the page it won’t let me exit it please help

First thing is I go to these stores three of them so far and I'm driving 20 miles away and one of them said they already had the hours for the week so they couldn't use me so on my liability reliability I get a lower grade the second one said they already had somebody there so again I was turned away and that was in corpus Christi and then the third one today said they had somebody there since 7:00 when I just picked up the the shift 3 hours before the shift started was supposed to start and again I get punished for wasting my gas and time. Now I'm trying to pick up some shifts and it's letting me pick the s*** but it ain't letting me pick the time or agree to the shift and I need some more shifts and they're on there but I can't do nothing cuz it won't let me pick a time or

Wasn't able to check in for a shift at a store I've worked at several times. Tried calling customer only recording, sent manager support tickets, no reply, sent email, no reply. After finally leaving got home and shift info said I was a no show, that if I'm a no show again I'll lose the use of the app. I really like this job, the shift flexibility, next day pay, but not the glitch app or no customer support. Shiftsmart needs to update the app and more features for dealing with issues, and have reachable 24/7 customer support. I'd like the no show and threat of suspension removed from my account and I'd like to be paid for the shift because there were no other shifts available to me to work. I need the money and can't afford to have wasted time not being able to work because bad app ,& no support.

the app will not let me update my profile, or access information processed. sensitive information has been entered and I have no idea who has access or if was even processed. if the problem persists, I will be calling BBB for an investigation of this site and app.

No updates, the app always crashes, it shows update available in the app but when you check in app store or in play store no updates will be available. And when you try to open new account the app doesn't send verification code it says code is sent but you wont receive it on your mobile number("""""ESPECIALLY UNITED KINGDOM NUMBERS""""""") its been a long time the people in UK are facing these issues. And everyone has raised ticket and informed about this but no necessary steps were taken to solve this issue.

App keeps saying it needs to update but there are no updates available. Shifts won’t show up even though I keep getting notifications that they have been posted. The onboarding process was extremely difficult because the training option would pop up and then disappear.

I am always able to instantly cash out the very next day after my previous shift have been approved. It's not allowing me to cash out today. I keep reinstalling the app, but my instant funds are still not showing available for instant cash out.

Have been working with Shiftsmart since March. Seldom had app issues. Last week all shifts stop showing up. I check back hourly. Is there something or some other app I can use to resume my shifts with shiftsmart???? I love this job and the flexibility. This is really a bummer.

I cannot reset my password to login and the password reset token does nothing I need to get into my account I had used at least 300 password reset tokens and nothing no password change at all just a big headache

Shifts don't show up on my app but twice a week and I keep hearing from other workers with shiftsmart that they are working daily. I don't know what is wrong and really need help with this.
