App is not working at all. I only see the company logo and that’s it!
I am unable to claim shifts. Each time I click on "claim shift" the screen blinks but brings me right back to the available shifts (and no shift has been claimed). Also, I attempted to log in on desk top and can't log in.
App freezes and all I can do is leave the app. My CPR is a pdf so I can't take a picture of it. If this is problem all the time I can do it. I need to work. I have seen reviews that said they didn't get paid. I heard that shifts were canceled but it says you are paid if your shift is canceled.????
I filled out my i9 and the person I put down did not receive the email
I arrived 11:35pm was not able to clock in until The time represented. Please adjust my time , thanks .
The app is not giving me the opportunity to clock in. It posts that I have a shift and past shifts, it even sends me notifications that my shift is coming up. But it doesn’t not pop up a screen to clock in. I’m new to the company, maybe I’m doing something wrong??
For three weeks now it shows shift med saying theres no shifts avail for 125 miles. My friends app have shifts all the time!!!
