I’ve downloaded the Deputy app on my iPad and iPhone but when I open it all I get is the logo on a blank white screen. I am able to access Deputy directly via the website.
News feed on my app which is on my Samsung S21 phone suddenly stopped working.
Since 23 MAY 2023, randomly cannot start or (more frequently) end shifts in both Android and iOS apps. "Error. Unable to load shift details. Please try again."
Can't 'start shift' on the app for the past week. The button is missing. I have an Android but my colleagues have iphones. Some of them have the same problem, but not everyone. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app hasn't helped.
Unable to Log into shift. Option to log in isn't even showing. I have an android phone. Only happening to androids.
I’ve signed up for trial but the app keeps crashing. It starts up, I sign in then it crashes. I’ve tried deleting it and re installing but it’s the same
