How to fix SEPTA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SEPTA app on iPhone
Update SEPTA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SEPTA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SEPTA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SEPTA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SEPTA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SEPTA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SEPTA App
1. On android, goto Settings » SEPTA » click [Force Stop]

Update SEPTA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SEPTA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SEPTA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SEPTA.

Fix SEPTA unable to contact server/ SEPTA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SEPTA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SEPTA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
