Crashing Haven’t been able to use mobile tix

Whenever I try to put funds in my septa key the app crashes and the funds are not there

Common dislikes about SEPTA app

-The schedules are not dependable for meaningful arrival/departure of the respective train.

-The schedules are usually two to three minutes early on weekdays.

-The app rarely updates to reflect the changed status.

-The app is difficult to navigate.

Close and restart the SEPTA app on iPhone
Update SEPTA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SEPTA iPhone app

Fix SEPTA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SEPTA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SEPTA app issues:

Force Stop the SEPTA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SEPTA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SEPTA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SEPTA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SEPTA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SEPTA.

Fix SEPTA unable to contact server/ SEPTA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SEPTA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SEPTA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SEPTA on android.
