The app is GARBAGE!! Never worked on my Galaxy S8+, but it worked perfectly on my S20+. It stopped working - again - when I switched to my new S23. And every time I've reached out to customer support, they just say something along the lines of, "Oh, that's weird. I'm sorry," and that's it. Great help...
App will not load. Says not connected to data, but everything else works. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing.
App will not load. The system must be down. It said I was offline but I’m not. I can’t even purchase a new digital card. I love how they are like, “you need to learn how to use the app correctly” when the problems are all on their end.

I can’t get the page to load in order to add money to my account. This is day 5 of the page not loading. I deleted and tried to reinstall. It keeps saying I’m offline despite every other internet based app on my phone working.
won't allow me to log in
Third day in a row where the app doesn’t load up. It sits on the loading screen and does not progress.
For two days I have attempted to use my virtual pass and nothing happens.

Some issues cannot be easily resolved through online tutorials or self help. So we made it easy to get in contact with the support team at TriMet, developers of Hop Fastpass.
With a virtual Hop card in your Wallet app, it all happens automatically and instantly, so paying your fare with Hop is extra fast and easy. A virtual Hop card lets you use the reduced Honored Citizen and Youth fare, as well as Adult fare, when paying with your phone. Instead of carrying a plastic card or flashing your mobile ticket at the bus operator, tap your phone on the green Hop reader whenever you board a bus or train. A new virtual Hop card costs $3 (just like a plastic card), but there’s no charge to convert an existing plastic Hop card into a virtual card. Use the Hop app or website to manage multiple virtual and plastic Hop cards, see recent transactions, load money on your Hop cards, or set up Auto-Load so you’re never stuck without fare. In a few easy steps, we’ll set up your account, add a payment method (or simply use an existing credit/debit card in Apple Pay), and add your new Hop card to your Wallet app. Note: If you have both a credit card and a Hop card in Wallet, the Hop reader will charge the Hop card. After a split second, you’ll see a green checkmark and hear a chime — that means you’ve paid your fare and you’re good to go! With Hop Fastpass, paying your fare on TriMet, C-TRAN and Portland Streetcar is fast, easy and convenient. You can also keep track of your balance, your time remaining on your ride and your progress toward earning a day or month pass. No need to open an app, choose which pass to buy, or activate a ticket. You’ll never pay more than a day pass in a day or a month pass in a calendar month. So you get the savings of a pass, without the upfront cost. You don’t even have to authorize your payment when you tap a Hop reader. REMEMBER: Tap every time you board, including transfers. Your tap is your proof of payment. Using an iPad?
