Каждый раз когда я пытаюсь сыграть в новеллу, мне выходит сообщение "ваши файлы поврежденны" , я несколько раз устанавливала и удаляла приложение , но это сообщение выходит снова и снова .

I've tried switching accounts, deleting the app, and restarting my phone but no matter what I do , the app still says I can't connect to the server and it's been like that for months, not sure if anyone else is having this issue

Force Stop the Kocho App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Kocho app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Kocho app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
