Your app is not as user friendly as your competitions’ and the more you modify it, the worse it gets!!! It was bad enough when you put the huge “rotating” pictures in the way on the homepage, but until you made this last update this week (May 2018), you could get rid of them by clicking the home icon at the top of the page. Now I can’t navigate in any useful manner at all. It is going to stop me from shopping with you online because it is so frustrating. PLEASE GET RID OF THE DUMB SLIDESHOW ON THE HOMEPAGE AND LET US CHOOSE WHAT WE WANT TO LOOK AT!!!!!!!

The latest update for IPhone is GARBAGE!!!!! I would use stronger language but I want this review to get thru! You can’t get into Details of objects to get information. You can’t watch videos for products. Half the information of items are inaccessible on my phone. I travel extensively so most of my buying was based on phone access. It may be streamlined for purchases but if I can’t get information I won’t make the purchase! I love Evine, I’ve bought over 100 Invicta watches in the past year. Since this new revision of the website I will be paying off my balance and buying from Ebay. I hope Evine gets this, doubt it. Will try to reach Corporate Management and see what they say. This also applies to my wife, ( she’s bought more products than I have) and she’s just as livid as I am. GO BACK TO 3.0 YOU FAILED!!!!!

Company will charge you, set you up for payments, then cancel your order and not tell you!! When on the phone with customer service, they’re rude condescending, arrogant, and pompous! Don’t bother asking for a manager, or waiting to hold for one! You will be told they’re the management, you can’t hold since they’re a call service, and no supervisor can get on the line! Use QVC!! Way better company and no issues!!! Smooth, easy, transactions, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

When I first purchased an item from Evine I was excited because they had such great prices. When I received my purchase in the mail the case that I ordered to house the item was broken and the item itself was defective. I called their customer service number to rectify the situation. The Lady I spoke to had an attitude and she refused to do anything to make the issue right. I called back to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor told me the only thing they could do was have me send back the case and the item and they would refund my money but the would not replace the Item. Bad experience and horrible customer service. I get 100 times better service with QVC and they stand behind every product you purchase. Evine has a LOT to work on.

This is the slowest shopping app ever. You search or click on a product and it just turns. Nothing. I can never log into my account via ShopHQ. I forgot my password so I clicked "forgot password" and the circle twirls. Then, nothing. I go onto the full site version to reset my password and it resets. Then, I try to log in on ShopHQ and nothing. It just takes me back to the homepage. I'm not going to work this hard to try and buy something from your company. Fix this or I will never purchase anything because I won't be able too.

Also, I agree with what someone else said. All this channel shows is Invicta watches all the time. Any time of day watches are on. Get some new products.

As I love every Invicta I have and I'm sure I'll enjoy this one out would be great to be able to reactivate my ability to use value pay. I have purchased quite a few Invicta watches and a few other products from Shop HQ. I have also missed out on watches that I've seen on your show because they say I have to pay everything in full. So now I mostly shop directly from the Invicta site, even if I have to pay a little more for a couple of them but because I don't have to pay it in full as you've been making do I don't mind at all. I don't watch your shows as much as I use to because of this reason. It usually would be me watching 3 to 4 times a week but now it may be once or twice a month because of this. It was truly an oversight and thinking all payments were complete. As much as I enjoyed your shows and my love of the Invicta brand I wouldn't have purposely missed a payment for anything I ordered and received. Moving a couple of time due to our jobs lots of our mail was missed in the shuffle and mixed in the moves. I took care of my mix ups when I found out I had an outstanding debt to my Invicta family. I'm asking to have my value pay option reinstated.

First, when you made your big, new app reveal I found that I was missing the ability to view garment measurements while using ShopHQ . All of your designers use different measurements for their sizes and those measurements can even vary between different pieces. So, there is no way to know what size I need to order unless I go to Evine’s website which makes ShopHQ useless except for casual browsing. got rid of the garment measurement tab/link even though the descriptions still say to reference it. I can’t shop on ShopHQ if I can’t see what the specific garment measurements are. Please fix this simple, glaring mistake. Also, I can’t request the system to notify me when an item is back in stock (by inputting my email address like I can on on the website) again through ShopHQ . Please incorporate this functionality ASAP. When it makes sense to use ShopHQ again, I’ll be able to comment on the other additions.

I love your clothes don’t shop very frequent maybe six times a year but every time I do I need change password and shopping at probably fifty places these passwords are making me crazy having to keep changing I am running out of room in a book to keep writing changes on every website and end up losing a lot of things I get frustrated and just close down or go somewhere else that doesn’t require constant changes in passwords and spend my money there

I like having the option to look at the Entire show at one time as well as the past shows,, up until 2pm I could watch showing the entire using the home button,,,this really is horrible and you will loose a lot of my business as I am sure others will feel the same way! I use my phone to shop your channel,, Bing back the format!!!

ShopHQ freezes on me way too much. Plus it often will not allow me to go back to the main menu when I’ve opened a product video. I have to exit ShopHQ and reset my iPhone then go back into ShopHQ . This is ridiculous! Not sure if this issue is related solely to iPhones or not but it’s irritating!

I don't know what kind of inexperienced people Evine used to write the latest update, but it's pathetic! It used to be very easy to use and was an attractive site, but no more. I know I'll be buying much less, if anything at all from Evine due to the mess this new app is.

I love the stuff I find on this app. There’s always something to see. I love the value pay option. I can’t always afford to buy my finds outright but the value pay lets me get the stuff now and pay it off when it’s convenient.

I shop a lot on Evine and I have been through all the changes they've made ! I was just telling my friend that it's easy to see what's on now, what on program guide later , get reviews , sign onto my account is just a finger print I love that !!!!
For the record. Way better than QVC LOL

I love Shop HQ. Look up my account you will know how much I love it lol. Anyone that is leaving I will not buy their products. Shop HQ has the best prices and great products. I would love to see a weekend cooking show. Thank you for helping us all out with value pays!

So far no problems with ShopHQ . It makes it convenient to have access when not at home to use my computer. I buy the majority of my clothes and skin care products from Evine and I absolutely love the whole franchise. Been shopping with them from when they were ShopNBC to this app and now Evine. I would love to meet Dimitri James - he is so awesome and his products rock! I'm one of his "girls"!

The reason for the 2-star review is because the last few times I have ordered, I’ve had to re-enter my this app credit card number again. What is the purpose of having a convenient app if the bank that handles your credit card requires entering the card number frequently.

I love the skin care from shop hq I just don’t understand why is problem most of the things I order no return label is just not rightI pay with my debit card when I return something it takes like 2 -3 weeks to go the money back I just don’t understand that they make it hard for customers I love to order more things that I like but I am veryDisappointed from shop hq 🙏🏻🙏🏻 make thingsEasy for customer thank you

I updated App because it wasn't opening as of 6/9/17. Now cannot watch videos landscape. Ordering is basically the same until you try to checkout. It hangs up and overlays the current screen. The work around is to close the window & click the cart icon (which shows as empty). Scrolling splits and overlays the window, but it is possible to scroll to the bottom snd submit the order. I am using dot com instead. ShopHQ has been a problem too often. What's the point?

When I go into app, my Bluetooth lose it signal. I used to be able to hear the live stream through ShopHQ but now I have to go to the website to do it. Other than that problem, app is great.
