I purchased 8 pairs of Bernie Mev Sneakers through your company and every pair fit perfectly and i have been completely satisfied with them. They are comfortable and i have ordered the same size each time which is the European size 37 which according to your size chart on tv is equal to 6 1/2-7. I think you may have changed your manufacturing company because i ordered a 37 recently which they say is now equal to as size 6. I don't understand what happened. I had to return them they don't fit. I also had to pay $11.95 to ship them back which doesn't make sense since i got free shipping with the order. I think someone should look into this i called customer service they said they were sold out. i think after 8 pairs i deserve this for the shipping. I was told that i will receive the credit for the shoes in the amount of $63.95. Please look into this and let me know i am a good customer!
24Purchased it 006319 on 1/24/23 and was advised it would be delivered 1/424 it has not shipped yet what is the problem?

The latest update for IPhone is GARBAGE!!!!! I would use stronger language but I want this review to get thru! You can’t get into Details of objects to get information. You can’t watch videos for products. Half the information of items are inaccessible on my phone. I travel extensively so most of my buying was based on phone access. It may be streamlined for purchases but if I can’t get information I won’t make the purchase! I love Evine, I’ve bought over 100 Invicta watches in the past year. Since this new revision of the website I will be paying off my balance and buying from Ebay. I hope Evine gets this, doubt it. Will try to reach Corporate Management and see what they say. This also applies to my wife, ( she’s bought more products than I have) and she’s just as livid as I am. GO BACK TO 3.0 YOU FAILED!!!!!

When I first purchased an item from Evine I was excited because they had such great prices. When I received my purchase in the mail the case that I ordered to house the item was broken and the item itself was defective. I called their customer service number to rectify the situation. The Lady I spoke to had an attitude and she refused to do anything to make the issue right. I called back to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor told me the only thing they could do was have me send back the case and the item and they would refund my money but the would not replace the Item. Bad experience and horrible customer service. I get 100 times better service with QVC and they stand behind every product you purchase. Evine has a LOT to work on.

This is the slowest shopping app ever. You search or click on a product and it just turns. Nothing. I can never log into my account via this app. I forgot my password so I clicked "forgot password" and the circle twirls. Then, nothing. I go onto the full site version to reset my password and it resets. Then, I try to log in on the app and nothing. It just takes me back to the homepage. I'm not going to work this hard to try and buy something from your company. Fix this or I will never purchase anything because I won't be able too.
Also, I agree with what someone else said. All this channel shows is Invicta watches all the time. Any time of day watches are on. Get some new products.
