A triangle with sorry under neath that. Then says for security purposes a valid contact method is needed in order to proceed. Please contact us for further assistance. I did contact the number 876-943-2287 and the number in my card 732-640-5951. Was asking me if I was putting the right information in. I said yes I was then was told might be a app issue to try back tomorrow. Which I did for days and days. What is needed for me to do to sign up for this. Thanks Anthe

How to fix FlexFacts Participant app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FlexFacts Participant app on iPhone
Update FlexFacts Participant app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FlexFacts Participant iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FlexFacts Participant on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FlexFacts Participant network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FlexFacts Participant Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FlexFacts Participant not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FlexFacts Participant App
1. On android, goto Settings » FlexFacts Participant » click [Force Stop]

Update FlexFacts Participant to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FlexFacts Participant App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FlexFacts Participant » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FlexFacts Participant.

Fix FlexFacts Participant unable to contact server/ FlexFacts Participant internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FlexFacts Participant » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FlexFacts Participant » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FlexFacts Participant
