So badly designed
Should not that difficult to sign up 👎🏻

Every time you leave FlexFactsParticipant , it loses connection and you have to log back in. Kinda annoying, when having to copy passwords and such.

Would be so much better if there were more languages then just English, perhaps Spanish and Chinese to start.

Not very complicated to use FlexFactsParticipant & easy to submit claims for expenses.

Decent app

FlexFactsParticipant is great for keeping up with all my flex spending accounts. Not only shows this year but prior years too. Easy to submit transactions for reimbursement - upload receipts with a picture. Super simple. Also you can set up thumbprint login which saves me from having to call in for a new password every few months when I remember to check in.

I love FlexFactsParticipant, and it was extremely easy to use.

I submitted a claim by snapping a picture of my EOB and got a reimbursement via direct deposit. That was quick!

I find FlexFactsParticipant very useful in checking the current status and amount remaining in my account. I also like that I can see claims.

App makes it really easy to submit and check status of claims. Adding a photo of claims is fine, and I suggest adding ability to upload documents, as well, for even greater efficiency. I found that most claims are emailed to me, and it slows me down to go back and take a screenshot of the document.
