- Long, glitchy and cumbersome signup process

- Fingerprint stopped working after update

- App is nothing more than a “browser” masked as an app

- Rotating device causes text/images to distort

- Clicking continue boots back to same previous screen minus data

About half the options in the are either un-selectable or a pop-up shows saying {"name":"MongoError"} and you are bumped from the page and only given the hte option to dismiss. On top of that the website limited in it's options due to it forcing the useage of the broken app. Defeats the point of convenience at every turn.

The dds2 app says DDS2 TO GO is is under maintenance and cant be used. When will it be back online?

When I open the DDS 2 Go app on any device, it opens up and has "Error!" Box over the front page and a red triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle of it and has "Dismiss" at the bottom of the box. You can click "Dismiss" and the box goes away then it allows you to click Login or Continue as a guest. I clicked login and I input my email address and my password which are correct and then it pops up saying loading and never leaves that screen. Not sure if the app is down but I can't get in it.

How to fix DDS 2 GO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DDS 2 GO app on iPhone
Update DDS 2 GO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DDS 2 GO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DDS 2 GO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DDS 2 GO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DDS 2 GO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DDS 2 GO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DDS 2 GO App
1. On android, goto Settings » DDS 2 GO » click [Force Stop]

Update DDS 2 GO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DDS 2 GO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DDS 2 GO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DDS 2 GO.

Fix DDS 2 GO unable to contact server/ DDS 2 GO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DDS 2 GO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DDS 2 GO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DDS 2 GO
