Dear BDO,

Kindly update your system as i noticed every month after i remit in my account and needs to check if it’s updated or not it’s always hard to open it even though my connection is good enough! I got always delay on my payments because everyday i need to check if i can now log in in your apps! Is it seasonal to log in?

Please help fix the BDO mobile app. 1. Login option fingerprint not working and if the user deactivate the login option it will keep on asking to reenable again once you login in the BDO mobile app. 2. If the user decided to deactivate the OTP generator setting it will reactivate again automatically once you login in the BDO mobile app. 3. Missing Security management feature to Lock/unlock debit card.

You would think that a big company like BDO would hire a good developer for their app to serve their customers. BDODigitalBanking is slow and I can’t even log in! It just to show they don’t care about their customers!! Been trying to log in for days! I even tried to reinstall BDODigitalBanking but it still doesn’t work!! I can see the other reviews that are posted 2-5 years old and they had the same problem so that means they don’t even try to fix their app!! What a shame!!

As the title goes, I always get connection errors on LTE, 4g and even on 5g networks. I’m a truck driver in the US so I travel a lot to different states with varying connection strengths. But even on cities with the best signal strengths, it still won’t connect me and just give me a connection error when I try to login. I wanna be able to check my Peso account back home even on-the-go without having to use a browser or my laptop. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling BDODigitalBanking but it just doesn’t work. Please fix this error.

Every time I try to login, it just doesn’t do anything. I put in the login information, then a little loading circle pops up, and then the login information disappears and I’m still in the same screen.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled BDODigitalBanking twice now, with the same result; I enroll, it says it’s successful, but I’m stuck in that “device enrolled” screen or whatever it is, so I force close BDODigitalBanking . Try logging in, and once again nothing.

Hot garbage would be a polite description for what is fundamentally, and unforgivably, a complete failure at every level. It does nothing but cause frustration, and waste time.

BDO… hire people that actually know how to make a decent, user-friendly online banking system and website that doesn’t look like it came from 2009, and FIX YOUR APP!!!

The worst banking app i’ve ever downloaded. For a company that’s considered as the largest bank in the PH, you’d think their service is atleast adequate since they cater to MILLIONS of customers. But sadly it aint the case.

Initially, it worked fine the first few times even if it had a crappy user interface, but now it stopped working altogether and won’t let me log in anymore. Checked the last time they updated and it was literally months ago.
Really BDO? This crap is so half-baked that it makes me wonder why you even launched it in the first place.

Tired of BDO app. There is always something not working and causing so much hassles!
Other bank apps do not lock account but BDO does the third attempt you mistakenly put incorrect password. They would ‘torture’ you with back and forth correspondence for months before they finally fix it. Then now their fingerprint does not work while other banks’ fingerprints work easily and quickly! Ugh!

You say you guys have updated to be compatible to iOS 14, but the problem is that you can’t even log in cause it gives you an error of system down. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and still no luck in logging in unless you log in via desktop or laptop. Who has time to stay put and use a laptop nowadays? Everybody is on the go with their phones. I never had problems before with BDODigitalBanking . I’ve always used it for YEARS. And now I can’t even log in.

Please resolve this issue it’s really bothersome. I don’t wanna be lugging around my laptop with me everywhere I go just to be able to log into my account🤦🏻‍♀️ That is why there is BDODigitalBanking .🤨

I was able to do online banking before with no problem encountered. But one day, they require me to change password and update my credentials. For me, to be able to use online Banking again, I oblige to their requirement, but after I finished updating everything, I received an email stating that it was a successful update, then, I received another email which informs me that my request for BDO personal online Banking UNENROLLMENT has been approved which I never made such request. I made an attempt to contact BDO CS, but I was dismayed to know that I have to start all over again by submitting several requirements which is almost impossible to complete since I’m based abroad. I’m thinking about completely closing my account when I get back.

I enrolled last my account last year. When i logged in it says invlid although i entered the right user name and password. The costumer service didnt helped either. He gave me instruction how to fix it but useless. Again i tried again this time to activate my mobile banking. Same thing is happened. Specially now we are paying bills and buying stuff online. BDODigitalBanking is worst worst worst.

This is the worst banking ap I ever used. Once I create password and user name it’s only good for 2 weeks then I’m forced to “update” my information. BDODigitalBanking tells me I can’t log into my bank unless I update to latest version yet I already have the latest version and there’s no way to update it. BDODigitalBanking is a huge headache and it’s extremely frustrating having to change my passwords every couple weeks. If you choose to use face scan or fingerprint to log in it won’t let you save your option, it gets deleted every time you login. When I call customer support to ask why I can’t access my account they tell me to delete the ap and re-download but it never works. I have to re-set my entire account and create a whole new account that is only valid for 3-14 days before BDO decides to lock me out again. Terrible banking experience!

Been using BDODigitalBanking in a while but since I upgraded my phone to iPhone 11Pro Max, it started not working and keep saying that the website is undergoing maintenance. But whenever I log in online using a browser and using BDODigitalBanking on my iPad are both working perfectly! You should check BDODigitalBanking and do some update about that bug for the new iPhone 11ProMax!

I just opened an account last week and tried enrolling may card online so I could transfer funds easily. Followed all the instructions and still I’m having issues. 😡

I’ve been trying to log in on BDODigitalBanking since the other day. It says I need to wait for that fvcking OTP but I am not receiving anything!!!! So, I am not able to push through logging in. I’m super stressed and tired already!! How can I can that OTP!!!!😡🤬😡🤬

Totally disappointed...it automatically logging me out without reason...this mobile app, search or to view your recent or last transactions ( never displayed)...still not working or you can’t even search for your most recent or last transactions...totally frustrating...kindly fix your mobile app...quite interesting and friendly-user mobile app but there’s so much to fix or perharps need to update...it’s 2019...wake up BDO, i believe you find ways...find a ways to fix this matter...Thanks and Godbless you all...🙏🏼

Can’t open BDODigitalBanking after updating to iOS 14 but the weirdest thing is telling you that BDODigitalBanking won’t work in a jailbroken cellphone. BDO needs to invest more in their app. No wonder there are far more non favorable reviews. Need I say more? Just read the other reviews.

I have used BDODigitalBanking for transactions like money transfer and checking of my balance.. but it just suddenly crashed. I can no longer log in to my acct cos as soon as I open BDODigitalBanking it closes.. How can I make this work again, I try logging in using the web but they require the OTP which is sent to a mobile number that I am no longer using. There is no way I can retrieve the OTP cos i need to update my phone number.. Please help me what to do. BDODigitalBanking is very helpful to me.. OFW here thank you..

The reason you want a mobile app is so you can do online payments and transfers without having to go to the bank. But what good is that if you can’t copy and paste account numbers and payment amounts from another app and paste it here? The functionality is just not there. Did the people who made BDODigitalBanking totally forget about copy and paste? They expect you to type it manually which for the life of me I don’t understand why—it’s so prone to errors! It’s a major hurdle for me, and for those who do a lot of online payments. You can’t make a transfer fast and have to put it off until there’s absolutely no distractions kasi baka magkamali. It’s very simple to add this function, i hope it can be done!

Fingerprint does not work in the most recent update. Not sure who designed the UI, feels like too cramped. Perhaps reducing the font size and other object sizes will improve the mobile phone’s screen estate. Color palette is nice though.

UPDATE 5.0.1: The UI was improved and the fingerprint issue worked fine.

Wow, it was a long time coming but it seems that all the issues I’ve had with their old app have been fixed! Alleluia! Now works with iOS 14, Instapay transfers no longer have the P100 charge (even if it was already waived if you used their web site), using existing transfer templates no longer asks for even more information, etc. All around a great update. Thank you!

I’m using my BDO APP here in the USA and I loved it. I was able to see my 10 prior transactions (hope I can see more though), easy to log in, balance inquiry, transfer funds and buy prepaid load, and it’s so convenient to use and make my banking easier for me. The one thing that I have a bit of trouble with, is when they want me to update my online password because I have to log in to my online banking which is really a hassle sometimes. other than that I LOved it!!!
