This is the only mobile banking app that I had experience unlimited issues (problem with bdo banking, you get to log in and automatically log out in seconds, delayed advisories, superdelayed system upgrade) You always find ways to make your clients have difficulty both in the digital and face to face banking. If you have a choice don’t go with BDO other banks are better and utra reactive!
I hope you give time and bring this matter to your meeting! Your app is so old school.! Frequent loading, not interactive, no update for the longest time! Dont you have a creative dept for innovating?
For instance about the login, no touch ID?
