My balances aren’t showing. I prefer Ally. Their app is so much better. I’m trying to convince my parents that Old Second is not beneficial to us anymore.

Every time I open 02 I am asked to update and in 6 days now my login won’t work. I updated the first time I saw the message but it won’t go away?

Originally, I wrote that the facial recognition for logging in no longer works. It turns out that it was “turned off,” somehow by itself, in my account settings; I didn’t do that. I was able to toggle the switch to facial recognition “on,” and now it works.
