I can count on three fingers the number of reviews I’ve ever given on anything and two of them were quite good....however, LegacyDigitalBanking is so bad, even though I’m not as tech savvy as many of the other reviewers, I felt I should add my two cents anyway. I, too, found the requirement to reenroll ridiculous and felt like I was having to give to much sensitive info for an app that seemed glitchy at best. After several attempts, I ended up having to wait the better part of an hour to speak with a CSR who seemed exhausted after a day full of people like me. He was somewhat helpful, though and after a few more password issues, etc I finally loaded everything. Then the fun begins. Not only is LegacyDigitalBanking extremely slow, but I found that I could not transfer from savings or checking to my Legacy credit card. Tried bill pay, no success. Today, could not even get the menu to pull up so I could log off properly. Very confusing layout, and hard to read. Nothing was wrong with the old way and LegacyDigitalBanking is definitely less user friendly and just awful in so many ways. Sorry, Legacy, you blew it this time☹️
