Can't log in always error shows below: Sorry, we're unable to do that right now, please try again later. Info: 002-2 what to do when encounter this error?

The apps is closing before I finish my transaction on sending money.

I cannot access my online banking in the BDO online app. It was giving me an ERR002-2 code.

Before the BDO mobile application update of July 27th, 2022 my BDO mobile app is working as expected. I am living in Japan now and I am conveniently managing my BDO accounts in the Philippines using mobile app but after BDO asked for the location everything messed up. Release: BDO Mobile Application update feature involved the location of the user to authenticate using trusted location. Problem: Users outside the Philippines or the expected location are automatically locked-out and cannot use the mobile app. Workaround: Use PC / Laptop Online BDO banking, OTP sending is required from your mobile in the Philippines. Solution: Unknown ??? or return the version back to the user-friendly version Hardship: Users outside the trusted location cannot use the mobile app

I cannot access my bdo digital app. Its always showed “Bdo under maintenance like everyday since july 1st 2022. When i used browser like google it worked but i need my app for easy access. Please help me with this.

Hi BDO . What happen to your app system . Ive been trying to sign in many time this week, re install the app, but i still couldn't log in. I needed my app to work asap. It's always saying system error or maintenance like everyday. I've waited another week to log in again, but system error ulet. This is crazy. I can log in to my account using google browser and it worked. But my app is messed up. Very inconvenient. Please notice my concern. Looking forward. Thanks
