The new FiveStarBank Mobile app is so easy to use to view your account balances and all your banking transactions can be done remotely. I can deposit my checks remotely and am informed within a short time if the check has been accepted for the transaction.

I also am informed when my statement is available for viewing so I can balance my monthly transaction sheet.

Keep up the excellent work FiveStarBank!!

FiveStarBankDigitalBanking is great, now I know what’s in my accounts just by looking on my phone but the only bad thing is is lately the amount has been wrong and that’s not cool, like last time I looked it had the right amount and I made some purchases and looked again the next day and the purchases I made earlier this week aren’t even there anymore and the ones I made today aren’t either and the amount of money I had went up so that’s not right. FiveStarBankDigitalBanking needs to be fixed.

Let me start off by saying, if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. The original banking app was just fine. One of two things happen when I open FiveStarBankDigitalBanking. One, it says it’s loading my accounts and then nothing ever happens. Two, the balance is days old and has t applied any of the transactions I’ve made recently. The original app never did that. My transactions showed up minutes later, not days. FiveStarBankDigitalBanking had been an overall disappointment and it may cause me to change bank providers at this point. Please. Fix this.

I am currently sixteen-years old and recently opened an account with five star about 5 months ago. I would say FiveStarBankDigitalBanking has everything to offer and is easy to use. I would recommend five star for the easy to use app and great service it is.

FiveStarBankDigitalBanking is easy to learn, easy to understand and easy to navigate through. At the touch of my finger I can pay a bill, balance an account, look up balances, transfer money, pay loans and a lot more. I enjoy doing banking this way.

Five Star’s new digital banking system is much more efficient than their previous NetTeller system. The user interface is much cleaner and more modern, and it also gives you the ability to have more control over your accounts.

Once you sign in, FiveStarBankDigitalBanking is great. Often times it does not give me the ability to use face ID to sign in or it’s unable to retrieve my stored password in my phone. I called and asked about this and they didn’t know what the issue was. I’ve tried to reinstall FiveStarBankDigitalBanking a few times and the same problem persists.

Had such a hard time making my first payment on my loan online. To the point it processed on the last day before it was considered “late.”I almost paid over the phone before they told me there was a fee to do so. Very frustrating. Customer service via the phone with a representation was excellent!

Mostly great, definitely huge improvement over the last set up. Its nice to see (almost) all of my accounts in one spot. I’d love to see a better bill pay system…it’s not very user friendly.

If you use a debit card and want to see current balance information this is not the bank for you - the old net teller app that Five Star used updated charges immediately - this one does not - it makes we wonder if they are delaying posting charges in hopes that you lose track so they may be able to collect overdraft fees...I wonder what the banking laws stipulate in this type of manipulation.

Overall the Five Star mobile banking app meets the majority of my banking needs. I would like to see more creative idea brought into the mobile banking. In other words push the envelop and technology to new limits.

Easy to use navigate. Wish you could change fonts and colors to better personalize app. Customer service told me I could do stuff on FiveStarBankDigitalBanking but FiveStarBankDigitalBanking doesn’t support the task. Overall, solid app.

Way too extra. The simplicity and efficiency of the first app was exactly what made me keep five star as my bank. This new app is slow, has trouble logging in with my fingerprint, looks awfully ugly and is extremely cluttered. Not to mention more finger taps to properly transfer money from one bank account to another. Two stars. Bring back the old layout.

Very user friendly. Everything works easily and the layout is both easy to learn and simple to work with.

It keeps me informed of my balance and when my bills have come through and are paid.

Excellent small friendly personal bank. I highly recommend them for business or personal services.

Once you get used to it, you can pretty much walk right through all the services and saves time and gas going to the bank

This is extremely easy to use and navigate on. I can easily transfer money between accounts.

Works great, nice to be able to check my account on the go. Wish I could have had this option years ago.

Ever since you went to this, I’ve have trouble with my net teller on my iPhone &I pad. They both fine for both, but now my iPhone lets me into it, but not my iPad. I don’t want to hear that it’s my device, it’s happen ever since you went to digital banking, they both worked fine before.

FiveStarBankDigitalBanking is one of the easiest to use. Move money, check on accounts and just about any transaction.

For me FiveStarBankDigitalBanking is too complicated to link my checking account to pay my auto loan. I have not been able to figure out how to do so so I just pay through my checking account app and it takes multiple days for the process and then I risk getting a late charge!!
