This is the worst banking ap I ever used. Once I create password and user name it’s only good for 2 weeks then I’m forced to “update” my information. The app tells me I can’t log into my bank unless I update to latest version yet I already have the latest version and there’s no way to update it. This app is a huge headache and it’s extremely frustrating having to change my passwords every couple weeks. If you choose to use face scan or fingerprint to log in it won’t let you save your option, it gets deleted every time you login. When I call customer support to ask why I can’t access my account they tell me to delete the ap and re-download but it never works. I have to re-set my entire account and create a whole new account that is only valid for 3-14 days before BDO decides to lock me out again. Terrible banking experience!

I was able to do online banking before with no problem encountered. But one day, they require me to change password and update my credentials. For me, to be able to use online Banking again, I oblige to their requirement, but after I finished updating everything, I received an email stating that it was a successful update, then, I received another email which informs me that my request for BDO personal online Banking UNENROLLMENT has been approved which I never made such request. I made an attempt to contact BDO CS, but I was dismayed to know that I have to start all over again by submitting several requirements which is almost impossible to complete since I’m based abroad. I’m thinking about completely closing my account when I get back.

You say you guys have updated to be compatible to iOS 14, but the problem is that you can’t even log in cause it gives you an error of system down. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and still no luck in logging in unless you log in via desktop or laptop. Who has time to stay put and use a laptop nowadays? Everybody is on the go with their phones. I never had problems before with the app. I’ve always used it for YEARS. And now I can’t even log in.
Please resolve this issue it’s really bothersome. I don’t wanna be lugging around my laptop with me everywhere I go just to be able to log into my account🤦🏻♀️ That is why there is the app.🤨
