Chemical Bank Digital Banking Reviews

I downloaded because the bank discontinued their previous personal banking app & this is terrible. I used it the day I set it up and now when I login it gives me blank screens then crashes. I am unable to login on their website also so my banking is on hold until they can figure out how to service clients properly in this digital age.

Error message says credentials are invalid, despite working in the old app and on the website. Tapping the question mark to the right leads to a site which asks for personal info including SSN, card number and PIN. Scam?

I get an error that my credentials are invalid even though I have confirmed I can log in with the same user id and password on the website, no help avsilable but to call

There was to much info required to register, and it still does not give the breakdown of principal and interest on loan payments.

The new appthe new app is very hard and confusing to use. The old app was extremely user friendly and better.

Horrible app, doesn’t recognize the username and password used online. Switched to TCU which not only offers better services, but an app that works!

It would be better if u was able to see what’s pending

ChemicalBankDigitalBanking is great! Makes mobile banking transactions very easy and is up to par with other larger banks that have been using similar technology. The interface is very clean and easy to use.

Mobile deposit was very user friendly and convenient.

It seems to work better than the old app. Will update if there are any problems.
