Hi i have a login problem with irccloud app... i cant indentify my nick pass... but if i use bolchat site i have no problem with identification .. on app its says MOTD file is missing .. and when i try to indentify manualy /msg NickServ IDENTIFY not working.. i tried to reinstal app and do the settings again but still have a same problem

How to fix IRCCloud app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the IRCCloud app on iPhone
Update IRCCloud app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IRCCloud iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IRCCloud on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IRCCloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

IRCCloud Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix IRCCloud not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the IRCCloud App
1. On android, goto Settings » IRCCloud » click [Force Stop]

Update IRCCloud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IRCCloud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » IRCCloud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart IRCCloud.

Fix IRCCloud unable to contact server/ IRCCloud internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click IRCCloud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto IRCCloud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IRCCloud
