- Icons on the top and bottom of the screen are not visible, making it difficult to navigate the app.

- Unreliable, as documents that refresh on the web do not refresh on the app.

- Annotation feature is not user-friendly and feels outdated.

- Clunky UI makes the app difficult to use.

- Regularly throws the user out of the app, requiring them to uninstall and reinstall it to get back in.

- Review process is flawed, as it forces the user to provide a nickname that is already taken.

- Customer service is not helpful, requiring the user to add an extra hour to every session to contact them.

- Password reset is required every time the app is used.

- The app constantly throws the user out if they scroll too fast, even at a slow pace.

When will you be releasing a version of the app that is usable for Android. I cannot mark up on app (or web version) from my tablet at all, the the app freezes ('for updates') and crashes regularly. Completely unusable, and MS desktop version very clunky for annotations. I am asking my company to move to Diligent, but in the meanwhile do you have any workarounds for tablet use? (Android 13, UI version 5.1.1 Samsung S7 Tablet)

I am connected to a network and have a stable internet connection, however I am unable to view my downloaded files. I receive some sort of no data error message. Can somebody explain why I'm experiencing this and how to fix it?
