I am a long term subscriber. Suddenly the i24 news app live is not available on my iPhone. Please help
Push notifications are no longer working after I re-installed the app on my android 14, Galaxy 23+ phone. I also tried to put the app in the Never auto sleeping list, but the i24 app did not show up in the add app list. All my other apps did. ??? your app looks buggy to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. I am not able to get past the welcome screen -> language selection-> topics selection. Nothing loads after that, and the app remains on the topics selection page. Thank you.

I have apple tv os16 and I have a black screen no video but the sound is working all other apps are working and also works on other devises. I believe that happened after update. reinstalling the app didn't help. asking for help
