Hi Support, I am supporting my school as an IT Support specialist. My Students app are closing after trying to open any articles. The app will have a loading circular screen the top off the app is visibility flashing, then app closes. Can you please help resolve this issue. App is running on Gen 7 Ipads one running on IOS 17.4.1 the other on IOS 17.3 Thank you, Andrew Tran

Our students use the same username and password for school accounts. One student must have done a typo because her account doesn't work. It says to ask the teacher, but how do I help her?
