Hi Support, I am supporting my school as an IT Support specialist. My Students app are closing after trying to open any articles. The app will have a loading circular screen the top off the app is visibility flashing, then app closes. Can you please help resolve this issue. App is running on Gen 7 Ipads one running on IOS 17.4.1 the other on IOS 17.3 Thank you, Andrew Tran
