How to fix Magzter app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Magzter app on iPhone
Update Magzter app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magzter iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magzter on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magzter network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Magzter Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Magzter not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Magzter App
1. On android, goto Settings » Magzter » click [Force Stop]

Update Magzter to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magzter App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Magzter » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Magzter.

Fix Magzter unable to contact server/ Magzter internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Magzter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Magzter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magzter
