Cruise Norwegian Status

Cannot logon on Android. Works on iPhone and iPad or laptop.

My client can log into the app, but can't get her cruise connected. Can you send instructions on how to do this?

I can't log in to the app on my Samsung S9 but I have no problem on my laptop or tablet. Says username or password incorrect.

I cannot log onto NCL app on my iPhone or iPad. It states that I’m not registered and does not recognize my email. Currently cannot find anyone to help with us with the available phone numbers of NCL

Just has a spinning wheel when I try to add anything to my cart on app, excursions, add-ons like dining or water package. This is silly. If anyone heard about a fix for this, let me know. Doesn’t work on any browser either! Even with a vpn. Cruise is in a couple weeks.

Trying to book shore excursions but won’t complete or allow to pay/register credit card. Friends we are travelling with having same issues!!

This app will not download saying it will not work on my device. It does not say why. My phone is a Samsung A5, which is not all that old...

I’m on iPhone, I can login, but trying to book excursions or dining, the add to cart area just has a spinning circle and never fully loads. Happens on Wi-Fi and cellular data.

Can NOT log in. Can NOT reset password it will NOT even let me submit to change password.

I can not get the APP from the play store, it shows all other cruise apps but not NCL. I have a samsung JVC 3

I am having the same issue that most seem to be having. The app tells me that I have an incorrect login or password and will not submit when trying to reset the password. I have reset it online and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app all to no avail. Leaving soon on a cruise and would like too have the app working before I go. Any suggestions?

Cannot sign in to the mobile app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. "incorrect username/password. The reset tab is not working either. will not SUBMIT. The NCL website is fine and I can access my account on the laptop. The mobile app has the problem. Please LOOK at your app.

Cannot get in online claims wrong email or password reset several times with no positive luck. Hopefully I can still get in on line to set up for a scheduled cruise in October. This has and has been happening for a long time.

Same problem as everyone else, keep getting the error message "incorrect username or password " I have reset it 3 times. Is anyone from NCL working on resolving the issue!!!
