To this day I have not received a Code to switch on Satellite, why am I not getting this Code after contacting you numerous times, if I don't have it by tomorrow 26.10,23, I will disconnect the app!

The error message is "Can't make calls on this device" I have called on this device already. I have made a new installation. It is the same massage. I don't have energy restrictions. I'm at a loss. Kind regards Uwe

How to fix satellite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the satellite app on iPhone
Update satellite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall satellite iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix satellite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve satellite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

satellite Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix satellite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the satellite App
1. On android, goto Settings » satellite » click [Force Stop]

Update satellite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear satellite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » satellite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart satellite.

Fix satellite unable to contact server/ satellite internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click satellite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto satellite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch satellite
