Same problem. Can't update with new cruise. Obviously the developers given up on this app, as multiple people have this issue with no response and no resolution. Too bad.............it was a good app.

I have been trying intermittently for the last 6 weeks to add my May 2024 cruise to my app but it just gets stuck in 'Adding Cruise'. It doesn't look frozen as the throbber is moving.

How to fix Shipmate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Shipmate app on iPhone
Update Shipmate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Shipmate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Shipmate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Shipmate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Shipmate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Shipmate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Shipmate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Shipmate » click [Force Stop]

Update Shipmate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Shipmate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shipmate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shipmate.

Fix Shipmate unable to contact server/ Shipmate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Shipmate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Shipmate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
