- No search history or difficult to find
- Apple doesn't allow for you to choose your custom search engine for Safari
- Text size cannot be adjusted
- Most recent update has all sorts of problems, including the app not opening
Anything with an image doesn’t show if search done on the App. There is just a black space. I am tempted to delets the App and just use Safari with Ecosia extension enabled ( already had this). Any advantages to the app? And will i lose bookmarks
It restarted the amount i had done.on the homepage it says that i made 45 searches but when i search something it says i searched up only 10
Keeps crashing when I try to get to settings via 3 dots top left. If I do nothing I can continue to browse ok. Jus can't change any settings or open incognito tab or view recent history etc Thanks
Hi, for a while now when i search for images it gives only full screen of thumbnails but pictures appear for a second while loading and then just disappearand just thumbnails remain. I tried on incognito mode in Chrome and there were no issues whatsoever. Tried on Internet explorer and there also no issues. Removed and added ecosia to my chrome, but issues still there. Lost.
I am having issues with removing a website off the homepage because every time I try to, it crashes. I can’t even go into History because it crashes. I can remove any other website off the Ecosia homepage, but I can’t remove this particular one. The website is IguVerse Knowledgebase. I went there through the IguVerse app on the AppStore to check out the website. Will it remove itself if I don’t go in it anymore?
Some images are not downloading on some sites
My ecosia app has stopped displaying any images. If a website has an image it won’t load it. The images tab keeps just displaying blank boxes. I’m not sure if I maybe changed a setting by accident maybe?
I keep getting the error Leaves to roots: 'We have a problem!' The forest is silent today. Server side error
On opening ecosia app, the cookie choice window wont close after clicking accept choice
