Hiya keeps shutting down
I keep getting "Hiya not responding. Your call used the phone app that came with the device". My phone is a brand new Google Pixel 8 pro and has always worked fine on previous phones. I don't want it anymore though if it's not compatible with my new phone.
Downloaded app but not working properly, on App Store it just keeps saying open, when you open app it just takes me to settings, does not search phone numbers just keeps spinning.
My Hiya is not working ,pls help
I have been a premium subscriber for many years. Never had any significant issues. For the past several days, I can’t use the app. It’s frozen. The update will keep spinning. I have force closed it multiple times with no relief. You could email me or text me at 215-480-3800.
Sending "Thank you, please try your call again" on txt messages from one contact.
I cannot search numbers. Either nothing happens when I press search or wheel keeps spinning. I have deleted app and reinstalled. But still same.
Can’t get past the Call Screener screen. I have premium service. What changes such that I can’t get past this screen. Ugggh!
Goes to FROZEN Call Screener page when opened.....nothing works....
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact HIYA regarding my premium subscription. Now, when I open the app, I get taken to the "Call Screener" page. It only takes you to settings (which doesn't get you out of this endless loop) or the keypad or the screen to "enable call blocking". I can't look up a number or even block a number. The last email from them was 5 days ago asking me to verify that my screen was frozen. I quickly responded that it was not. I explained the problem again and have heard crickets since. I loved this app but if I can't get it to work what good is it?
Why is it not updating it is taking longer than ever before as it never stops working
