All surveys shuts down and say i already completed them. I cant furfill my streak because there are no more surveys to take.

I have multiple devices with this problem. Each with a different email registration, and their own Sentinal X. 2 of these devices (both Samsung 8) just turn thematically off during auto. 1 works fine. 1 keeps getting a system error saying "your coin app crashes frequently. Place in deep sleep. Only the last regularly gets its Sentinal X bonus, none of the others gets their Sentinal X bonus not the sharing bonus.

How to fix COIN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the COIN app on iPhone
Update COIN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall COIN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix COIN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve COIN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

COIN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix COIN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the COIN App
1. On android, goto Settings » COIN » click [Force Stop]

Update COIN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear COIN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » COIN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart COIN.

Fix COIN unable to contact server/ COIN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click COIN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto COIN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch COIN
