I’ve never seen a bank with such awful mobile deposit policies. It takes several days to go through when so many other banks will upload the amount in your account right away. If you’re looking for banking ease and not having to go out of your way to the bank, this isn’t the bank for you

CommunityFirstCU for mobile was fine just until recently it’s been acting weird on me. Whenever I click on the mobile app it keep saying Access Denied and giving me some IP number and etc… when I call customer services they said on their side are fine. I’m not sure if it’s just CommunityFirstCU or it’s my phone. I seriously deleted CommunityFirstCU multiple times and it still says Access Denied. Hopefully someone can give me more info about it.

There isn’t a convenient way to pay bills in the newest app update for iOS. I can access through the menu, however, that opens a browser which is hard to read on a mobile device. Can you create a shortcut on the main page? I’m able to see this option on my personal account. The shortcut is there, but it still wants to open in a browser. I don’t have the option available on my business account. Bill payer still needs a little work in the newest app release. Otherwise I’m enjoying CommunityFirstCU a lot! Switching between accounts has become very easy and I’m thankful for that! Overall, great update!

I have enjoyed the recent redesign of CommunityFirstCU . It is easy to use and has a lot of information. Within the last couple of weeks though the drop down for viewing Investment Accounts is missing on CommunityFirstCU . I can find it on the desktop website but would prefer to see it back in CommunityFirstCU .

It gives me most everything I need with a few exceptions. It would be nice to have Zelle and also for this bank to be recognized by plaid as I have not been able to link my account to Experian among other sites/apps I may benefit from.

With the new update, the UI is much more user friendly. New features and smoother usage. Couple bugs to work out still, little bit of lag between switching menus, but overall gets the job done better than I could have asked for :)

Lots of times my bill pay gets blocked by pop ups on my phone. That never happen before and it doesn’t happen all the time. Sometime it works. Sometime no. Frustrating.

CommunityFirstCU comes in so handy it’s nice to just jump on your phone and see what you have and you’re checking or savings without guessing !

I like that CommunityFirstCU is easy to use so I can check if payments have gone through.

Love the format and ease of navigation. All accounts and totals on one page. Prompt next business day replies on any questions. Great service!

I love CommunityFirstCU, I can do all my credit unioning on line, including deposits on line. Only have to go to the credit union when I need cash.

Since the update the very little nit picky complaints I could ever possibly have are a thing of the past bravo Community First!

I like the ability to see all my financial info in one spot. LOVE the credit score monitoring and while I don’t always enjoy seeing how I spend my money, it’s a cool feature. Nice upgrade!

The new UI is a much better experience with cleaner integration and more features including card controls. Keep the improvements coming!

Always friendly service. You make online banking a breeze. When taking out a loan it is so quick and easy as well.

CommunityFirstCU is exceptional for monitoring accounts, paying bills and mobile deposits! It is especially useful when traveling for longer periods of time to pay bills from my phone. Thank you for being progressive in serving your customers.

Love, love, love what I can do in the new Community First app. Access to my credit report and a whole bunch of alerts and controls that I can manage. So glad to be able to do so many things online - very convenient.

It is so convenient to have the CFCU APP on my IPhone. It totally empowers me to check and manage all of my accounts anytime and from anywhere. It enables bill paying and transfer of funds; again, anytime and from anywhere. I rate the CFCU APP 5-STARS for convenience, ease to use, and reliability (has never let me down).

I will you had Zelle already on your app so you didn’t have to connect to it through there app
