Bank App

Needs the capability to turn off debit card in case of fraud. Needs notification for each time debit card transaction acquires.

I have not one good thing to say about the branch in waycross. I took an insurance check there around the 2nd week in July. I noticed I was waiting a long time in the process I saw different tellers looking at me and passing my check around. So I sat there patiently. Waited and waited finally an older teller comes to window saying they never seen a check like that before i said what you mean. She started asking who what when and why and who gave me the check. What?? That’s not your concern I have an account here and I want to deposit to my account. So on so on eventually I said give me the check back and I left. I went through the process of getting the check verified took a couple of weeks but I went today to cash the check again with my verification the check is valid. Passing it around again wating wating. Gave check to Josh He walking around looking lost. Another teller comes and say we can’t cash it it’s none negotiable because I tried to mobile deposit it. Make that make sense. My insurance company gave me instructions on what to do. It’s not up to a teller to be able to assume the validation. Gotta get the information I need to report to my insurance company. God bless

Features that needed to be added

TheFirsteBankSolution really needs Major Improving. I have a few features I think that be a great benefit. The able to lock and unlock your card from transactions just in someone has stolen your debit/credit card. I see you have the feature to get notifications for bank account balances BUT an additional feature to track any transactions you used by your card would be nice. I’ll like to see my immediate transaction and updated bank account balances so I constantly monitor my spending. Better wire to wire transfers. Build maybe another app itself if you want to get into more family banking for example with helping kids be more responsible with chores to help give kids money from parents for doing tasks along with a debit card to go along with it TheFirsteBankSolution can be similar to greenlight and make the banking system more efficient for parents to do that for their kids if they want to set up their child a checking/saving account with a lot financial literacy tools invest in stock and bonds etc…. another feature you can add to the debit card is tap and pay more and more places use simple tap and pay and our current cards doesn’t have that feature.

TheFirsteBankSolution has been a nightmare from the time heritage was bought out. I’m always being charged overdraft fees because it seems the bank/system waits until I have made several charges to process them all at once, not to mention things stay pending for days on end and the last four or five things don’t have the available balance below seeming to try to throw you off.

It can improve a lot in my honest opinion. I’ve had TheFirsteBankSolution for a while now, I banked with them for a while. TheFirsteBankSolution isn’t really helpful. I like the actual banking staff but TheFirsteBankSolution isn’t really helpful if you need something from your bank in a timely manner.

Not what it used to be

The old app with heritage sent me a notification as soon as my was used. I didn’t worry about someone using it and me not know right away. The 1st bank app sends you one notification per day with a total of debits or credits that are posting so i have to go into TheFirsteBankSolution and look and see what it is. Bill pay is still good. I just really wish the notifications were like the old one. So much fraud going on in the world you have to be on top of things.

I like to see you add the option control my card turn it off and on but most part it’s ok

I don’t like all the changes Techno has forced on my life. That said. It has been a convenience not to go to the bank physically. There are limitations to TheFirsteBankSolution that requires a visit in person. TheFirsteBankSolution is easy enough to get the routine transactions done.
