Don’t like the new update, please fix transaction error

TheFirstBank has always been pretty good, but the new update got rid of all my transactions. When I go to “see all transactions,” I only have one pending transaction. I want to see all of my previous transactions from before I updated TheFirstBank. I liked being able to slide to choose an account and select it to view all my charges,etc. This new design is difficult to navigate.

Other than that, I like TheFirstBank . It’s very helpful and keeps me on my toes. But please fix the transaction disappearing error ASAP, thanks.

Confusion in switching accounts in app

When I open TheFirstBank , one of the account name shows up on top with a list of transactions below it. After some confusion in reading the transactions, I realized that they did not match to the account name on top. I figured out that I have to actually tap on the account name to get to that account and the menu that goes with it. It’s at that menu where I tap “transactions “ to get the correct list of transactions to match that particular account. It’s a very confusing app.

The service at the branches is excellent and the mobile app is easy to use. The Bill Pay system is easy to use and track your payments.

Using the revised site to see if a check was paid or not by bill pay

Impossible to get to the site to see if a check had been cashed by payee, spent 20 minutes with customer service then told I should talk to bill pay, held for them for 10minutes, changed password, session expired, couldn’t get back in.
This verification of paid/cashed checks is impossible, back to the call and hold system because bill pay if you have the right number, tries but it’s still manual. Time wasted!

USE TO BE GREAT

I dont know what is going on with TheFirstBank but I just took it off my phone!!! It keeps asking ne to sign in, then it sends me a verification cide, I put that in, then it wants me to create a pin but before I can, it pops up with an authentication message wanting me to sign in all over again. I can sign in on the website just fine. TheFirstBank needs to be fixed!!!

Bill Pay does not work properly

The Bill Pay manage payments function is not available and the payment pending and history function are not easy to see.

TheFirstBank constantly says “error loading” so I’m unable to see what my account balance is most of the time or even my recent transactions. I thought the update would fix it, but it’s been 2 days and I haven’t been able to see my account information at all.

My app didn’t show on spot translation

I am not happy. TheFirstBank shows the correct amount. So when i do translations looking at the balance. And it turns out bank system shows something else! How? Shouldn’t the bank system & mobile app be very well updates and sync?
Or if there is some feature like this please let us know.

Why so easy to get in?

All I do is open the ap and I’m in my account. That’s nice and easy but if anyone got hold of my iPad or iPhone they could easily wipe out my account!!!!

Inaccurate

I can’t count the number of times the inaccuracies of TheFirstBank has cost me money. For example I checked my balance yesterday to make sure I didn’t need to make a deposit and it said my balance was good. Then this morning I check it and BAM $144 in OD fees. That is such CRAP!

Transactions not showing

I cannot see any transactions for the past six days this needs to be corrected immediately

Just switched to the first after my bank merged with it. TheFirstBank won’t remember my login. I can’t get in.

This is the most functional App on the market. Easy to use.

Ridiculous

You have a username.
You have the correct password.

You can’t log in because TheFirstBank doesn’t recognize a secure connection. And you can’t get an update. Deleting and downloading TheFirstBank again does no good.

Totally useless.
