Sometimes I have an unusual occurrence and need a hand solving a problem. I can pick up the phone, call the bank and have the problem solved on the first call. They are excellent people to work with. I know my banking business is done with a banker more than with a bank. Thus, what I seek is a good banker and have found them here.

Love the updates to the new app, very intuitive and easy to use. I really appreciate being able to see the full account number for all of my accounts (instead of masked) and that FirstBankTrust has all the functionality of the website. Well done indeed.

It’s an ok banking app., but now that the new app. has been released, users have much more information available to them, which typically would only be available on a web browser. I enjoy the new app., and I’m sure most customers will too.

Once again, First Bank & Trust fails impress. This newly launched app is not user friendly. Granted, I’m sure it was launched to be safer, but did you bother to test it out on a consumer panel? It’s overkill in the data side, with too much on the screen at once.
Add to that, the checking register does not stack so you can see your balance. Or if there is a way to set it as such I couldn’t find it.
I guess more disappointing was the fact that I called customer service to get assistance on FirstBankTrust , and the phone agent said they were still try to figure it out, and “just like everything that is new and we have to wait for it to get better.....” wah, huh????
Regardless, I’m highly disappointed in this apps launch. Not well thought out in my opinion.
I’m dumping FirstBankTrust and will just use the online banking sign on instead.

The bank easy app is the best I have ever used. Responsive local US customer service targeting the specific transaction. VERY well thought out. I would not change anything with FirstBankTrust. Thanks for making life easier and saving me time.

I love being able to switch between my 2 profiles without needing to logout and re-enter credentials!
So easy to see everything at a glance and move between accounts!

App works great except Mobile deposit. Only works half of the time on checks that i am trying to deposit. Have attempted different lightings and areas in my house when it fails and most of the time still does not work. Pretty inconvenient when our closest location is 30 miles away

I think the vision and design for FirstBankTrust is very sleek but the function is very poor. FirstBankTrust is never up to date with what’s in my account or payment processing isn’t listed and sometimes says one number and than an hour later it says a higher number and I didn’t deposit anything. The old app was very quick and this new version is super slow. I am very disappointed.

Their previous app was way better. Since they revamped FirstBankTrust and their website I have encounter it being down or out of service or error updates too many times. Now I can’t get an update on FirstBankTrust , the website won’t let me log in and my debit cards are declined. I can’t even access anything from the atm. Terrible!!!!

The taking a picture (captures) is harder than the old app. It should do it automatically when it is clear. Also this review is hard to write, because I can’t see it. Text is white on white background. Sorry for errors!

I have 3 accounts and it takes me 3 times as long to look at each one. Also, I really like auto check capture for deposits and that is gone on the new app. Not impressed.

I am unable to log into the bank since I only have a credit card account. On the website, you can select what part of the bank you want to log into. Need to set up that selection during login.

Can’t see where to log off. Feel this offer far less security on my personal device. Also with my credit card now visible as an account why can’t I just transfer funds to make payments. My other bank allows for this, always has.
