You need to offer an update. The mobile deposit feature isn’t working with the new iPhone operating system update. Since this is the main reason I use FirstCapConnect , for deposits, it makes the account kind of useless. I tried telling people in the bank branch, but they didn’t seem to care.
App needs an update to be compatible with new iOS update, as the mobile deposit won’t go any further than to rotate screen. Called the help line and they weren’t able to fix as well.

I find FirstCapConnect very easy to use. I especially like the ability to transfer funds between multiple accounts with ease. Having all my electronic deposits going into the checking account and then transferred to my sub-accounts makes budgeting a breeze!
