I’ve never seen a bank with such awful mobile deposit policies. It takes several days to go through when so many other banks will upload the amount in your account right away. If you’re looking for banking ease and not having to go out of your way to the bank, this isn’t the bank for you

The app for mobile was fine just until recently it’s been acting weird on me. Whenever I click on the mobile app it keep saying Access Denied and giving me some IP number and etc… when I call customer services they said on their side are fine. I’m not sure if it’s just the app or it’s my phone. I seriously deleted the app multiple times and it still says Access Denied. Hopefully someone can give me more info about it.

There isn’t a convenient way to pay bills in the newest app update for iOS. I can access through the menu, however, that opens a browser which is hard to read on a mobile device. Can you create a shortcut on the main page? I’m able to see this option on my personal account. The shortcut is there, but it still wants to open in a browser. I don’t have the option available on my business account. Bill payer still needs a little work in the newest app release. Otherwise I’m enjoying the app a lot! Switching between accounts has become very easy and I’m thankful for that! Overall, great update!
