AMAZING

If you are a FirstBank customer, you definitely need FirstBankPersonalBanking! It is fabulous! I had the previous online banking app and this one is a much better platform and user friendly! There are some really great options in FirstBankPersonalBanking that weren’t previously offered that I’m thankful for! My favorite update: travel notices and the option to turn your debit card off if you lose it!

You will not be disappointed once you log in! I want to thank FirstBank for listening to their customers and creating a wonderful app for us!

The Best Bank Ever

I love my bank, they watch out for your funds and call you when they see something suspicious. They are so helpful and friendly. They know you by name and they also care about your family. You feel that they genuinely care!

Poor design

I keep being told from the bank that I can use zelle on FirstBankPersonalBanking but the option is nowhere to be found!!! This has been the worst since this bank bought out my previous local bank I was using!!!! And just expect from customer service to tell you that it is available or that they will put in a “ticket” to help you and never hear back or say they don’t see any issues. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to get help about this issue to no avail!! Looking to transfer to a different bank! Run while you still can!

New App

I hate it! I liked being able to look at my balance and pending transactions on the same page at the same time. I find it difficult to tell where I am with my balance on this one.
I also liked paying all my bills due at once, with a running balance of what I was paying out...then one click to submit all the payments. With this I have to pay one at a time and keep a tally on my own.
My budget is tight, and this format leaves too much room for error. If I don’t get used to it soon, I will switch banks.

Terrible App by a Terrible Bank

Deposit check is aggravating with having to endorse the check with the words “Mobile Deposit Only”. It takes writing it twice for FirstBankPersonalBanking to accept it. So stupid. Not sure what they are trying to accomplish with this.

Search is terrible. It never seems to work in the mobile app. I have no issues with it on the website.

I haven’t been happy with this bank in a long time. They are behind on deploying new banking technologies and security. I would move banks if I wasn’t so lazy.

Widget

I have had FirstBank for years and the updated app is a lifesaver! It has worked remarkably well with little to no problems for me. The only thing I would like to see in the future is possibly a widget for iPhone and then it would be perfect! Thank you

I HATE the new app!!

I literally HATE the new electronic banking. It is not user friendly and I’ve had more mistakes made in these few months than in 30 years total with FirstBank. Errors include checks mailed to wrong addresses, payments arriving days late resulting in fees and two mysterious transfers bringing much frustration. I even had to make a police report before the bank could correct an error. Thank goodness for helpful bank representatives or I would change banks after three decades. Once again, I HATE the new app.

I can honestly say that this bank has done wonders for me above and beyond the normal positions that each employee carry they treat you like family and they try their best to get things done I appreciate my hometown bank in Dandridge Tennessee . Thank you for years of good service

Mobil deposit only works half the time

The old app may not have looked as nice at this one, but at least it worked. I understand that new apps have bugs that need to be worked out, but this one has been up for almost 2 months. I have sent a couple of emails to customer support requesting that this issue be addressed and never get a response.

If you never have to deposit a check you will love it. If you do, don’t waste your time, go wait in line at the drive thru!

I enjoy the first bank app ..I can keep track of my accounts and transfer money to and from my account with no problem making everything easier

Deposited feature worked better in the old app.

The deposit feature in the old app was super easy. I like this new layout better but the depositing checks is a pain. The lighting must be just so. There’s a box to cache I for mobile deposits AND you have to write “For mobile deposit only” on the check and FirstBankPersonalBanking had to be able to detect that you have someone all of this which is hit or miss.

Love everyone in this bank. I have always enjoyed doing my banking duties because of the employees and their wonderful and caring attitudes and they are kind hearted and truly care for the customers. I truly believe this is the best bank in our town!!!

I am so happy with the new app! It gives so many new options on things you can do! I love the notes and tags you can add to the transactions. It makes budgeting way easier and always ready and available to be checked!

FirstBankPersonalBanking is great and easy to use! Very helpful and resourceful. My only wish is that you were able to see pending deposits. I hate bothering the girls at the bank to ask that information.

Every week I have a problem depositing a check! For mobile deposit only 2 times on the check and a signature! 😖 I’ll give it another week or two for another review!

Viewable Transactions

FirstBankPersonalBanking is more defined than the old App. I’m excited about the personal budget descriptions. Appearance is much professional. Now it would be fabulous if cash deposits can be made via app, then app would have it made!! Lol
