Force Stop the GITEX Plus+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GITEX Plus+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GITEX Plus+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GITEX Plus+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GITEX Plus+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GITEX Plus+.

Fix GITEX Plus+ unable to contact server/ GITEX Plus+ internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
