The SwannView Plus iOS app is not responding. I have deleted the application and reset the device UID; however, I get the same result of spinning boxes without ever connecting/displaying the camera images.
When all 4 live screens come on after typical short period of buffering, all 4 screens are black.
Remote access stopped working about a month ago, beginning of June 2022 for both iPhones, two iPads and an Android phone. I have reinstalled the app but still it cannot see cameras. I have NVR systems at different locations, and neither is visible in app. The only thing works is Windows program called "SwannView Plus Client".
June 18, 2022 remote access quit working. I deleted the app, reloaded the app, scanned dvr code for cameras and it still doesn’t work. Only the monitor I have on the dvr works. Remote access is really most important. Spoke with tech support and he couldn’t help. He said he would escalate the trouble report and someone would contact me but he couldn’t say when. Waiting…
I cannot access any of my 3 DVR's remotely. Either with phone, PC or IPAD
App just spins does not load again and again - tried rebooting my phone - tried deleting app and reloading - nothing works - then suddenly it works and next day - back spinning…. Terrible remote software from this company….fix the software…

When using 3G/4G, the video from your NVR/DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. Note: SwannViewPlus uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann NVR/DVR via 3G/4G or WiFi. SwannView Plus allows you to view your cameras live and play back previous recordings from supported Swann NVR and DVR models on your iPhone. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges.
