Awesome products, spectacular customer service! I’ve had to contact this app to cancel a pending order and it was cancelled immediately, with no questions, and so quickly. I was told the refund could take 2-3 days and it was back in my account the NEXT day. Thank you guys for being so wonderful and truly servicing your customers. You have my business for life. I recommend this to everyone, trust me you won’t ever regret the decision and after your first order you’ll become a this app addict like me. I placed my first order on 12/17 and have ordered at least 7 times since and am ordering again Friday. This is by far my favorite app, and favorite company to shop with. 1-3 day shipping, samples, free shipping over $49, amazing customer service, I just wish my FedEx guy would leave it at my door instead of in my buildings lobby. TOTALLY AWESOME IN EVERY WAY!!!
I'm soooo HAPPY to have found this app!!! After becoming disabled, getting out to the "BIG BOX BULK" stores has become an extremely difficult task for my family & I. We used to go at least twice a month and stock up to reduce the amount of trips to the grocery store as they over charge you for pretty much everything. So, finding this app was literally a lifesaver for us! Thank you soooo much for creating such a great service to those of us who may not have the ability to go out shopping on a daily/weekly basis. Such a great site! We get almost all of our pantry and and bathroom items on this app (cooking oils, paper products, etc). We've also been happy with the new items we've tried from their Prince and Spring brand, such as their cleaning wipes, hand soap, and Epsom salts. With shipping being free for orders over $50, it's definitely cost-effective for us. Best of all, their customer service is great. Our last order was damaged in transit - they let us know right away, the replacement order was shipped under 24 hours later, and got to us the very next day. I've never had the experiences described in the negative reviews, so far it's been a great experience. We're very happy this app customers!
