Since the December1,2023, update, Fish do m does not.load on my Fire Tablet (8 Gen). I have cleared the cache, updated the game and completely turned off my device. It still will not load. Please advise how to get this game to load.

I have gotten to heroes segment and I can’t play it. I go to the lock and says I need 0 more ⭐️ to play. I have deleted and reinstalled game several times. Gone back and checked previous games and have all stars for them. Why can’t I unlock the Heroes segment?

I am on level 384. I have 15 moves available but only allowed 6 before the game resets Please Advise

In Fix up Shack I bought a new floor and it’s asking me to tap the button to confirm my choice. There is an arrow pointing down but no button to tap and I can’t get off that screen
