I acidently deleted the app now when I reload the game it starts me all over. How do I log into my other account.

Every time I tried to do a radar mission or battle, it would reload me.

Try to start the app today. It goes through the loading screen then just crashes. I did a hard reset on my phone about a week ago and lost all my progress which was disappointing at level 80 with alot of perks saved up. but now I can't get the app to work. So I see a hard reset is suggested when I search online but if I loose my progress again I'm just going to be done with this game
