Please fix your “remember this device”. I have to log in multiple times on different accounts and every time I have to type in my username and password. Then I have to wait for a text for the “multi factor authentication” that you can’t turn off. PLEASE FIX!!!
I honestly just use google chrome and log on to the website over my phone. Yeah it’s a weird aspect ratio but at least it’s better than Rapid which crashes constantly (literally every time I try to login) and is extremely slow.

Rapid only works on wifi!
App is always crashing and/or booting you off. "Page up" and "page down" feature under the "history" tab makes it way too confusing to review event or alarm history. Should be a continuous scroll option like earlier versions of Rapid . Way too many bug fixes needed as well. Rapid definitely needs a relook to make it more reliable and user friendly...especially for technicians that use it in the field to troubleshoot.
Update and only to take the system off for 40 minutes compared to mine for you I will take it off for 5 hours👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Placed iPhone in dark mode to save battery life and when searching for accounts etc all the text is grayed out.....Unusable so I had to revert back to normal mode
Otherwise works as it should as far as I can see

Not bad, but there's a very frustrating catch, it doesn't work in landscape mode. If you're trying to use this on a iPad with a keyboard, you're stuck either turning the iPad or breaking your neck.
i have done two update and still not iphone x support.
I’ve been dealing with this but finally driving me crazy. Why are the option field bright white and characters the faintest light grey. I can read any thing I type. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing ? Fix this and I will give this five stars it deserves. Thank you
New update has trouble as orange and alarm as red. Colors are very close. Should definitely be able to change the color scheme.
Rapid is great, I only wish you could use it in landscape mode on an iPad. I have a keyboard which makes Rapid unusable.
this app Response is technologically light years ahead of the rest. Rapid makes it very easy to maintain all aspects of my accounts. The we save using this app Mobile adds up to thousands a year!
This is a fantastic user-friendly application that is unsurpassed in the security industry. It gives me the flexibility to manage and assist my customers wherever I am!
Rapid is a super time saver. I recently switched to this app and their app blows out my previous provider’s. I don’t have to call in and wait to get a call or videos recordings sent to me. Now it’s all in Rapid ! I can update zones and call lists on the fly instead of waiting to get back to the office and in front of a computer. Inspectors love being able to see signals come in real time too. Great app!!!
Very simple an easy to access my accounts anywhere!
Rapid is very useful for my company and our personnel. It’s foolproof and allows me to update customer information, place accounts on test and all other account management necessities quickly and effortlessly.
The RapidMobile app gives me the ability to place systems and/or specific zones and signals on and off test, navigate to a customer’s address, update contacts, passcodes, zones and much more! It is an extremely useful tool for when you are on the road while saving time and energy.
Rapid is very fast and responsive. Excellent!
Update: please address the issue of the search boxes. The background of these boxes need to follow the "theme selection colors". I believe this will fix the issue of not being able to see the text when typing using dark mode on IOS.
From my experience Rapid has been very useful. You can view test results, account history, recent alarms, and video clips all remotely. I am not sure why some of the other reviews say that they got booted once they turned off their WiFi. Maybe you didn’t have your cellular data on? Rapid is a huge time saver and it looks/works so much better than other account management interfaces I’ve seen.
